Returns

• We encourage reading, so we’re giving our users a free hand to the users to keep the book for however long they want within their subscription period. However, we would request you to return the book as soon as you’ve completed reading so that others can read and enjoy the book as much as you have.
• Feel free to walk in to pick and return the book at the library during working hours.
• Personal pick-up and drop facilities are available on paid basis.
• Damaged and lost books will be charged. Subscription for further exchange will be blocked till transaction dues are clear.
• All books are to be returned 10 days before subscription ends. No books are to be issued in the last 10 days of subscription. All other facilities will be opened for the members for the last 10 days.

Sale items (if applicable)

• Unfortunately, items once sold, cannot be refunded.

Gifting a Coupon

• Coupons when purchased, are emailed directly to you. Sometimes you need to look for the coupon in the multiple others folder of your email to do it.
• The Coupon code, gifted by you, will be used at the space provided for the same on the website to register.
• Coupons once bought will have coupon codes that can be sent across to your near & dear ones who can then use the coupon code to take the subscription of the library and its services.
• A user using the Coupon code and then taking the registration for the library would be regarded as any other subscribed user of the library at The Book Turf
• Gift coupons once bought cannot be refunded

Refunds (if applicable at the discretion of management)

• If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
